Terms and Conditions

1.  You agree and understand that any and all stated dates during all of our discussions, are in fact only approximations. As we state over and over, breeding is NOT an exact science and our pups do not necessarily follow our projected schedules all of the time. Furthermore, you understand and agree that a specific gender, color, or combination of both may not be available with every litter, and that you may have to wait for a future litter(s) to get the ideal match for your preference. We base our projections and estimates on previous experience, and believe to the best of our ability and experience to be a true and honest approximation of future deliverables.

1B.  You agree and understand that because of the inherent variables that happen in this process, as described in 1.) (Above) IF you have children in your family unit, you SHOULD NOT PROMISE your children any specific date(s) for delivery of the new puppy to your home. That would constitute a total lack of understanding of the preceding paragraph, and we will NOT be held responsible for your childs' disappointment.

2.  You agree and understand that ALL deposits are non-refundable. The deposits paid may be used for a future litter selection, if necessary. Our deposit requirements are for a $500 deposit to be made at time of reservation (pre-whelping) and an additional $500 after whelping OR a $800 one time deposit, if selection is made after whelping.

3.  You agree and understand that because of the nature of our training and relocation commitments to either Vermont/New England or North Carolina that we may not always be in the location nearest your home. In the event that we are a considerable distance from your home for an accessible pickup by you, we will provide a delivery of the animal to a point closer to your home, for an additional fee*. This delivery will generally coincide with other pickups at the same time/location. Other options for individual puppy transportation may be available via commercial airlines, traveling in coach only - we do not ship our puppies in the cargo hold - EVER!*

Base price for Ground Transport is $400 per puppy, regardless of actual mileage traveled.

Base pricing for Airline Transport is total of A.) R/T Non-Stop, Airline Fare PLUS B.) Additional Fares Charged for the puppy PLUS C.) $400 per day Time and Travel Charges. We DO NOT Ship or deliver outside the lower 48 states

4.  You agree and understand that your new puppy must be picked up or delivered during the 8th week after whelping. Any animal that is kept beyond the 8th week, will be charged an additional $250 per week until pickup or delivery is made and that the full purchase price must be paid in full by the 8th week.

5.  You agree and understand that we provide a 90 Day health guarantee, from any genetic health related issue, beginning from time of pickup/delivery/drop off to you. If such an unlikely event occurs, you MUST return puppy back to Dream About Farm (or get their written permission NOT to do so) and then we will REPLACE the puppy with the first available animal that best matches your preference or a substitute acceptable by you; Any deviation or disregard of this provision will result in a forfeiture of BOTH deposit and replacement puppy. (Julie's Rule).

**An extension of this health guarantee to TWO YEARS is available by simply registering with and agreeing to continue using Nu-Vet supplements for the first 2 years of ownership.

6.  You agree to the current pricing posted ( MALE Mini GoldenDoodles = $2,495; FEMALE Mini GoldenDoodles = $2,495; MALE Mini Poodles $1,495 FEMALE Mini Poodles $1,495 ) (CHOCOLATE/PHANTOM Add $200 to all breeds/genders) and that if your reservation is deferred to a future litter, that the then current pricing for the puppy takes priority over the previous current pricing when you made your reservation.
